Free Transport to Public Inquiry
We have been working along side Urmston Traders in particular Trading Places Estate Agents, who have been very generous in covering the cost of a Coach to and from the Public Inquiry on the first day (13th November).
There is one coach that will first go to Urmston Library to collect people there at 9:15am on the 13th November. This same coach will then go to the Bent Brook Pub on Broadway in Davyhulme for 9:30am to collect anyone that would like to join the coach at this location. The coach will then take everyone to the inquiry.
You will NOT be able to just turn up on the day and expect to have a seat on the coach as we have to have numbers. Therefore you MUST book your seat in advance. There are a number of ways in which you can do this. You can go to one of the following and compete the form there to book your seat:
- Sainsburys in Urmston (Notice Board)
- Urmston Library (Notice Board)
- Our website at www.BreatheCleanAirGroup.co.uk/Public-Inquiry-Coach
At each of the above the form will ask where you would like to get on the coach; Urmston Library or Bent Brook Pub. You MUST state where you will get on the coach as we will have a list of people and if you aren’t there and don’t specify then we may leave without you as it will be a very tight schedule.
If you are getting on the coach at the Urmston Library, then please be there at 9am so that you will be ready for the coach.
If you are getting on the coach at the Bent Brook Pub, Davyhulme, then please be there for 9:15am so that you will be ready for the coach as well.
The coach will get you there for the start of the inquiry which begins at 10am and will be leaving the inquiry to take people back to where you were picked up at 1pm.
For those who have access to a car then please make use of this as there will be only limited seats available on the coach. FREE PARKING IS AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE.
We need as many people there as possible so please either make your own way there or give us your details for a seat on the coach. We look forward to seeing many of you on the first day of the inquiry! Tell your family, friends and colleagues about this!

Thank you for this free transport. I would have to use the local bus service otherwise and I really want to be there and give my support. I have grandchildren living not too far away and I am concerned more about their health than mine!
Stand up and be brave Urmston, people power is the only thing that will win this. We must not be bullied by big business who care more about money than the health and welfare of people.
